2026 PRICE INCREASE

Changes from July 1st:

We will be maintaining our two tiers of pricing to better reflect the type of service and support provided:

1. Standard Sessions

There will be a small increase in pricing for standard sessions across our team. This change helps us keep up with rising operational costs while continuing to invest in improving your experience and outcomes.

2. Sessions with Jon

For those working with Jon, whose expertise lies in managing more complex health, fitness, and rehabilitation needs, sessions will be set at a higher rate. This reflects his advanced skills, experience, and the specialised support he provides to clients requiring a more tailored and expert approach.

We believe this tiered structure allows us to offer fair and transparent pricing while continuing to deliver exceptional value across all levels of service.

STRENGTH SESSIONS

Our FIRE sessions will be renamed to Strength Sessions and the existing price will remain the same at $40.00 per casual visit. Clients who are on existing direct debits for these sessions will be pleased to know that their debit will be remain $59.95 for Strength Class Only Sessions.
