Post Valentine Day Apocalypse

Another year, another Hallmark Valentine's Day. I like to think that you should show your significant other that you value and love them every day which ultimately makes Valentine's Day a pointless exercise. Save for buying cards, flowers and chocolates. Giving gifts is nice and all but often certain indulgences are what sabotage our health and fitness goals. Like I said - a pointless exercise.

Morning Tea Mania

Believe it or not, I wasn't always a PT - I used to work an office job. I actually really enjoyed it too. The company I worked for looked after us and were keen to ensure we were all happy little worker bees doing our jobs. One of the tactics used was having a Morning Tea where we all brought in a bread scroll, a $4 Coles Chocolate cake or if we were really lucky... someone would make cupcakes. If your life goal was to become obese and immediately diabetic - our office morning tea was the place to be.

2017 is finally here.

Personally I am most glad that 2016 is done and dusted. The body count seemed high, the world is in turmoil and yeah - that cancer thing happened. So as you can imagine, I am keen to get on with things and that's the general vibe most people have for the new year. With new year resolutions still on the agenda, many people will have a desire to get fit and lose weight and be amazing for 2017 and hey - that is no bad thing at all.
