Mango Protein Smoothie

Simple, effective and EXTREMELY YUMMY! This Smoothie is one of THE go to liquid meals. You might want to drink this one (add some extra water) or you might want it thick like ice cream (Less Yoghurt and more frozen mango, even an icecube or 4 to thicken it up!) Yummy with a spoon! This liquid meal is very VERY effective because it tastes so good and it really hits the spot when you have a sugar craving. It tastes naughty but is anything but!

Main Ingredients

1 Scoop WPI Protein Powder Vanilla is best!

1-3 Spoons of Greek Yoghurt Chobani High Protein is great!

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

1/2 Cup of Green Spinach Get them greens into you!

1 tsp flaxseed Oil

1/2 cup Frozen Mango

1-4 cubes of Ice

100-150ml Water

Simply pop all the ingredients into a magic bullet or equivalent high speed/power blender and whizz up for 10-15 seconds! Pour out into a glass or drink from the blending cup! Simples!
