Our health is one of the most important facets of our life. Since we only have one turn in this life, the value of being fit and healthy should never be ignored. This outlook was proven to me in July 2016 when I was diagnosed with stage 3 renal cancer. After losing my left kidney to an aggressive grade 4 tumor, my value and outlook on life was re-affirmed as I now fight to stay healthy as I play the waiting game to see if/when I will have a recurrence.

Having a surgeon tell you that your chances are 50/50 and that the cancer will LIKELY return is a tough pill to swallow. It’s a good thing I hate taking pills at the best of times so I refuse to let this situation get the better of me.

Health and Fitness is a passion of mine which I am keen to share. I have participated in representative sports all my life and have won an Australian Championship (but can you guess what in?).

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to help and train people from all walks of life. Helping my clients achieve the results they are strive for, makes my job so rewarding and keeps me (not to mention my clients!) coming back for more! Whatever you want to achieve, from fat loss to building your dream physique — I’m your man!
