Personal Trainer

I grew up in the South of France where I got introduced to the world of sports with Figure Ice Skating at the age of 6. During my childhood, I also got a taste of dancing, tennis, basketball and enjoyed the occasional ski seasons in our beautiful mountains. As my passion for health and fitness grew, I spent years self-experimenting with nutrition and started my own fitness journey in 2011. I joined my first gym in the Netherlands where I created my own fitness and nutrition plan, successfully lost 10kg and maintained healthy habits ever since.

In 2015, I decided to share my passion and started teaching group fitness classes, first in London, then in Brussels and now in Brisbane. I am now a dedicated Personal Trainer who loves helping others with their fitness goals, through my knowledge and experience, to create sustainable changes and healthy habits.  
Whether you’re aiming to beef up by lifting iron, blast your heart rate with boxing drills, increase that core strength with some fun hula hooping spins or just feel healthier overall, I can help you with your fitness goals! We will work out your current fitness level and gradually progress you to success, one drop of sweat at a time. Trust me, you will love the new you!
