Don’t get butt hurt over the high rep count on this one. Before you screw your face up, this one is doable. You’ll get through half of it and say “This isn’t that bad”. Unsure about the last half though. Do 10 Squats then straight into 10 Bench Hip Raises. Repeat this 10 times. Little to no stopping.
