Whenever I go to a new building, I always wonder how I’d escape it in the event of a zombie attack. Random I know but the same goes for working out how I would use a piece of equipment to kill a zombie also. STILL random. How about – devise an exercise using stuff you have around the house. It needs to be something you could seriously use as a piece of equipment!Post it up on Facebook and show us your MacGyver skills!
