Rissoles are a nice easy meal to make. Yummy and quick. We like that.
These ones have a slight south east Asian flavour to them and are great to mix in with various other veges to go on the side. If you are eating these inside your window.. add a high energy carbohydrate on the side!

Absolutely delicious with the Epic Roast Veges for dinner. Thought they would have been dry but with the addition of soy sauce they were yummy and moist. Great also for left overs the next day with a salad. Even my husband loved it!!
Very tasty. When combined with vegetables it made for a solid, filling meal that tasted great. The bread crumbs cooked a lot faster than everything else but that can’t be avoided with rissoles. Overall great meal!
