Starting July 1st, there will be a change in our prices and structure. This decision has not been made lightly, but after careful consideration of  rising operational costs and our continued education and new skills –  these increases ensure we can continue to invest in improving our offerings and service while still offering very competitive rates within the health and fitness industry.

Changes from July 1st:

We will be introducing two tiers of pricing to better reflect the type of service and support provided:

1. Standard Sessions

There will be a small increase in pricing for standard sessions across our team. This change helps us keep up with rising operational costs while continuing to invest in improving your experience and outcomes.

30min PT session – $60.00

45min PT Session – $78.50

60min PT Session – $95.00

45min 2 on 1 Couples PT session – $95.00

PT Deals

2 x 30min PT session – $109.95

2 x 45min PT Session – $149.95

2x 45min 2 on 1 Couples PT session – $184.95

2. Sessions with Jon

For those working with Jon, whose expertise lies in managing more complex health, fitness, and rehabilitation needs, sessions will be set at a higher rate. This reflects his advanced skills, experience, and the specialised support he provides to clients requiring a more tailored and expert approach.

We believe this tiered structure allows us to offer fair and transparent pricing while continuing to deliver exceptional value across all levels of service.
