Another one of Liam’s hobbies. You’ll note that I put the title in comic sans like it deserves. Like last time load up your bodyweight on the leg press, then proceed by completing 20 reps in the low 1/2 of the rep, followed by 20 reps in the top 1/2 then complete a further 20 reps of full range.
