Military Press is a challenging exercise. You shouldn’t expect to be lifting as much compared to a bench press because simply put – your pecs are larger and thus stronger than your deltoid muscles. To give this challenge some spice, we’ve set it so that you must be able to lift 40% of your body weight for 10 solid reps. So if your weight is 85kg, you would be doing 34kg for 10 reps.
