How to do a Wide Grip Lat Pull Down

1. Grip Bar wide so that forearms will be vertical on pull down
2. Lock knees at 90 degrees under the foam rollers
3. Pull shoulders back and down while lifting chest nice and high
4. Pull bar down to chin height
5. Breath out as you pull down, breath in as the bar goes up
