How to do a leg press

1. Ensure your feet are shoulder width apart and with your toes slightly pointing outwards
2. Your knees should be soft and never locked out at the top of the motion
3. Ensure that your butt not lifting off the seat and your back stays flat. Keep your head back.
4. Engage your core and then lower the weight so that your knees are at 90 degrees. Hold for 1 second
5. Push through your full foot (not just your toes) back to the starting point
6. Breathe in on the descent and breathe out as you push the weight back up.
