This is a BIG Milestone for Squats. The big 100! We want 6 reps. No skimping on the depth. Thighs parallel. It’s going to be tough.. but it’s certainly a big achievement this one!

Incline curls are great! They certainly help with progress. So if you can curl 6 of these bad boys with 10kg in each hand – this achievement is yours!

Lat Pull Down with an underhand grip! Can you do your body weight 1 rep max (1RM)?? So for example – if you are 82kg, you would need to be able to lift 69kg for 6 reps!

To unlock this achievement, you must be able to complete six reps with your body weight equivalent on the bar! So if you are 80kg.. the weight being lifted must be 80kg for six!

FEATS OF STRENGTH 500 Points

This achievement is often a bench mark of strength for many.. a common goal and rightly so! Can you bench press your equivalent body weight for 6 reps?

Can you complete a Deadlift that equates to 100kg 1RM? So for example – you’d need to 85kg for 6 reps to make a theoretical 100kg 1 repetition max (1RM)

120kg Dead lift for 6 reps!

Lift 100kg in a Classic or Hex Bar Deadlift for 6 Reps
