We set the standard for quality in fitness training. The variety of programs, value and level of quality are unmatched in the area.

Our Strength Sessions are Focused Intense Resistance Exercise – or FIRE for short – run on Tuesdays and Thursdays and involve clients committing to attending on a weekly basis to be coached through a program written for you. Trainers will be available to help you set up, spot you and provide feedback on technique and progress through your program. 

By joining in on our FIRE Sessions you are getting access to fantastic people, amazing trainers and great results – you know… if you put the work in because we will make you work! 🙂

All clients must advise and book in to attend these sessions as we will be writing a unique program for you to complete.
