Instructions
  1. Lightly spray / coat a pan with olive oil (just enough to prevent the salmon from sticking) and heat the pan for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add the salmon fillets to the pan. Drizzle the oyster sauce over the top of the salmon steaks.
  3. While the salmon is cooking, cut the tips of the snow peas and wash.
  4. Once the salmon is almost cooked halfway through, flip it. Add the soy sauce.
  5. Drain and rinse the water chestnuts.
  6. Partially cook the broccoli in the microwave for 2 minutes before adding it to the pan
  7. Once the salmon is almost cooked through, add the broccoli and water chestnuts to the pan and continue to cook for a few minutes (i.e. long enough to heat the vegetables, but not make them soft). You can leave the salmon fillets hole or allow them to flake into pieces as you move the vegetables in the pan.
  8. Serve alone or with additional vegetables.
