Happy Friday everyone and more importantly – Happy International Womens Day!

I just wanted to do a huge shout out to all the kick arse women who attend my business and an especially massive shout out of appreciation to 3 wonderful women who work with me at the studio. Shayla, Larissa and Cindy are AMAZING. This year has been especially hard work for me with suffering an achilles injury and I cannot express my gratitude enough for the hard work and dedication these women have brought to the business.

Reliable, intuitive, delightfully cheeky when it comes to their exercise selections and just overall fantastic humans – I don’t know what I would do without you all.

All in all – if you want to train with 3 amazing women who you are guaranteed they will have your best interests at heart – You can’t go past Shayla, Larissa and Cindy.
