100 Lunges – Ugh. The mundane in outweighed by the horror. You are to do 100 lunges. These are not step back or step forward lunges. That would take forever. Step up in your lunge position and keep those feet in those exact spots. These are up and down. We suggest doing 10 on one side and then 10 on the other. Repeat this 5 times and you’ve got your 100 reps. It is important to note – your knees should NOT be going past your toes! If they are – we will NOT count it!
