Push Presses are hard work – only if you make them! The trick is EXPLOSIVE power! The faster you explode out of the squat, the less the weights will be in terms of pressing them upwards! Do 50 reps with the dumbbells being 20% of your body weight! So that means if you are 100kg – 20% is 20kg which would be 10kg in each hand!
