This is a fantastic finisher for an upper body PT session! 50 reps of double kick backs! 3kg each hand for ladies and 5kg for men. You are allowed only ONE break! Rule is that you much extend your arms to straight. No half reps here! In terms of positioning – ask your trainer to set you up to be in the best possible position for these. Do the reps – get the points!
