Personal Trainer
Hailing from the USA, Troy, a former Division I athlete now calls Australia home. Troy has competed in a multitude of sports throughout his life and went up to one of the highest playing levels of American Football as a NCAA football player. During his time as a student athlete at university, he studied Psychology and Kinesiology.
Troy holds a background in strength and conditioning, sports performance training and has added body composition to the list recently. Troy’s methods for exercise are based off of the late Charles Poliquin principles for strength and power development, Arthur Jones HIT principles for exercise, and his own training as a high level athlete and the lessons from those who taught him.
Troy’s mission in health and fitness is to educate, inspire, and ignite those that he crosses path with and to leave them with more knowledge, understanding, and competence than when he met them.
