Client Referral – Ronny Matzat
I have recently been contacted by Ronny who has expressed an interest in improving his health and fitness by undertaking an exercise program with Epic Win PT.
After discussing his current health and fitness levels, Ronny has advised that he has just been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes.
We have discussed fitness goals relating body fat loss and general fitness improvement with Epic Win PT with a focus of dealing with his Diabetes diagnosis.
I am designing a program will address certain postural concerns and looking at Ronny’s overall physical activity levels and frequency of exercise.
While completing my initial consult with Ronny, his blood pressure readings were: Seated – 170/102 HR 77, 150/100 HR 63 and standing 167/104 HR 82. Ronny mentioned that his stress levels were elevated for that day. These readings are concerning so could you please discuss these with Ronny and provide me with any heart rate/intensity parameters.
Your recommendations would be greatly appreciated so that we can get Ronny on track for his health and fitness goals.
