- Notification Period: Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- Cancellation Procedure: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us directly via phone, text message or email. Your prompt notification allows us to adjust our schedule and provide our trainers with ample notice.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may disrupt our trainers’ schedules and affect their ability to accommodate other clients. Therefore, late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation Fee: In the event of a late cancellation or a no-show, a cancellation fee is the cost of the session that was booked. This is to cover the costs associated with the reserved time slot that could have been allocated to another client and compensates our trainers for their time.
- Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. Please communicate with us as soon as possible if you encounter such situations.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Your cooperation in promptly rescheduling ensures that our trainers can optimize their schedules efficiently.
- Confirmation of Cancellation: Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation and provide any necessary assistance with rescheduling if desired.
