Lucinda is going for 1 set of Bench press to start off with, combined with Band incline Presses to engage upper pecs,
then move onto neutral lat pulldown for Clusters.
One Arm row Clusters and arnies to finish off (if you are feeling mean add band tricept pushdowns in too) just watch the shoulder colapsing forward then.
If there is time a thoracic roll however there is never time in 30 minute sessions 🙁
