After 2 days of Shaun cancelling with less than 2 hours notice, I spoke to her in depth about the effect it has – namely that if she cancels on Liam or Shayla – they still charge me for the time so it ends up costing me money for her non appearance. Hence why charging for the session is important. She advised she did not know this. I have now explained to her so that from now on – there can be no excuse as it has come directly from me. – Jon
