Turkish Get Ups – So many variations are out there and you will find that people use kettlebells, sand bags.. dumbbells.. actual turkish people. Maybe that last one is not exactly true but people using smaller people as lifting object? That’s a real thing. Before we start lifting each other let’s get the technique right to start with and the best way to practice is with a shoe!
