Skull Crushers are a great tricep exercise. Especially if you refrain from crushing your skull. Do 10 reps with 10% of your bodyweight in each hand. Complete 3 sets to get the points!

INSTRUCTIONS

Lay down on a bench with your feet firmly planted on the ground.
Tuck your shoulder blades underneath your torso
Hold the weights shoulder width apart and have your arms vertical at the starting point.
Keep your arms straight as you move the weights over your head.
Once the weights are above your forehead commence bending your elbows
The weights should end up either side of your head.
Breathe out as you straighten your arms as you move the weights back to the starting point. Arms at vertical.
