Do you know what your maximum heart rate is?

Quick and easy way to work it out is this formula!

220 – YOUR AGE = MAXIMUM HEART RATE

There are other formulas out there that can provide a similar result. The formula above is the most basic one though which is fine to use!

Now that you know your Max HR, you need to hit it and show it on a recording device. This can be done by wearing a Heart Rate Monitor (Polar Straps which are at the studio on your request!). Upload a screenshot of it and BAM – the points are yours!

NOTE: If you have an existing heart condition – please talk to us and/or your Doctor before attempting this one! 🙂
