Love your jump squats? Thought as much! This one is DELIGHTFUL! Two Groups are set. There are two rounds. Group 1 does 40 Jump Squats and Group two does Burpees until group 1 finishes. You then swap roles. After that you then get a 30 second rest and then Group 1 does 30 Jump Squats while Group 2 does push ups until Group 1 finishes. Swap roles. And so on! This is a tough one!
