And so our session regarding this coronavirus dumpster fire is uon us! This can be done at home or at the studio!!

There are two ways this one will be run. If all done on Zoom, you do the exercise on the left hand side. Whatever time it takes for you to do that exercise, you have to do the right hand column exercise for that time. So for example, if 40 squats takes you 50 seconds, you must do burpees for 50 seconds!

If this is a hybrid session of Zoom peeps and in person at the studio peeps – We have that the In person people do the left hand column and the Zoom people do the right hand column. When the In person peeps finish the exercise, the Zoom people can stop and then we reverse it so that the Zoom people then do the left hand column. No dawdling on this one!
