So how would you like to do what we do and make your own ICE.. SESSION? Yes! If you devise your own ICE Session and you submit it to us and it gets the tick of horror/approval.. BAM! you get this achievement! It has to last for 30 min! 5-7min Warm up! then 20min of slogging it out! Then 5 odd minutes for a cool down! Think you have what it takes? Get cracking!
