Can you do 80 Jump Lunges with good technique? Let’s find out! Just to be clear, this is 80 GOOD Jump Lunges. No Ice Skaters, no half depth ones. No Shearing forward on the knees. These are done full depth on the spot with GOOD FORM.
Starting standing with feet shoulder-width apart.
Jump your left leg forward and your right leg back into a lunge, with both knees at 90 degrees.
Jump up and switch your legs in midair so that you land in a lunge with your right leg in front.
Continue jumping back and forth, pausing as little as possible. Ensure your knees are not collapsing inwards and that you are not shearing forward on your knees.
