How to Do an AB CRUNCH!


1. Lay down flat on the ground with your knees bent.

2. Tense your core

3. Put your hands to the side of your head and lightly brace with your finger tips if you like. Alternatively have your hands outstretched

4. Crunch up while breathing out.

5. If not bracing your head, reach forward with your hands to try and get them over your knees while getting your shoulders off the ground.
