Pretty sure if we combine two exercises that no one likes.. they cancel each other out and become a much loves staple of the studio.. right? RIGHT! Complete 30 Wall Ball Burpees. Now before get all pissy about it – it’s 10 reps, a 30 second rest. 10 reps, a 30 second rest and then 10 reps and well.. however long you want after BECAUSE IT’S DONE! Please note – there IS a push up in this burpee. Happy for them to be on your knees though for those who want a challenge – either full ones or try on the ball!
