Push Ups take a lot of work to do – So let’s make them more “fun” and have you put your feet on the wall. This variation puts a different direction of stress/tension on your working muscles so it will be that little bit more challenging!

How To Do A Feet On Wall Push Up

A feet on wall push up is an interesting variation on your standard push up as it provides a different direction or stimulus to your working muscles in a standard push up.

INSTRUCTIONS

Start in a plank position on the floor with your feet touching the wall.
Walk your feet up the wall until you reach a comfortable height. This can be parallel to the floor, or on a decline. The latter is more challenging. This is your starting position.
Bend your elbows and perform a pushup, ensuring your back stays straight and your hips don’t sag. Push back to the starting position.
Breathe in as you descend into the push up and exhale as you push back up
