10 Minutes. 600 Seconds. This is the pinnacle of the plank challenges! Complete this and you simply are inhuman!!

9 Minutes of hell. Well I can think of 9 minutes of hell in many other ways but this is as much a mental challenge as it is physical!

8 Minute Plank. We are moving into hardcore territory. Unlock this and you are seriously awesome!

7 Minutes! 420 seconds. Lots of concentration and a heap of not letting up! You can do it! You’ve made it this far after all!

I used to be able to drive to work in six minutes. Alas no driving for you. Six minute plank! Go get it!

You must be a ninja or something. 5 minutes in the same horrible position? That is dedication.. or is it insanity? Who cares!? Here’s 500 Points!

Holy Crap! 3 Minute hang? You are insane! You’ve held on for this long. This is awesome!

2 Minutes of hanging. You can imagine what Lara Croft feels like by now.

You will have to go your happy place on this one as by 90 seconds, your hands will be very UNHAPPY! Hang on!

Clock up 60 seconds in your body weight hang to unlock this achievement. Your hands will be hurting by now!

Hang by only your hands for at least 45 seconds to unlock this challenge! Things start to hurt past 45 seconds!

Your grip strength is getting stronger if you can manage this one! Hold on for 30 seconds. You must hang by both hands for at least 30 seconds to get this one!

Let’s be clear here – we made this achievement simply so we could make a New Kids On The Block reference. While some of you may not get who they are.. this challenge is that easy you will at least get the achievement!

It all starts here! Can you do 10 full push ups – uninterrupted? We will be using Kevin Bacon as a reference!

3 Minutes. 180 Seconds. Not that long when you think about it. Just don’t think about it though. Get in position and think of the success!
