If you’re reading this wondering whether to take the plunge into personal training, I urge you to invest in yourself and take that first step. Change is the result of working outside of your comfort zone – it isn’t easy at first, but after a while you will be kicking yourself wondering why you didn’t start sooner!
My aim as a personal trainer is to work with you to achieve your health and fitness goals. Whether that is to drop a clothing size or two, build up your stamina or to increase your muscle mass and strength – we will create a dedicated program designed to meet your needs. My training style is personalised to maximise your results and keep you motivated for long-term adherence and change.
I decided to pursue a career in personal training after 5 years in a Big 4 accounting role. During that time I was given the opportunity to work overseas for 2 months (I’ll let you guess where!) and decided to take an entire year to paint the interior of our house (phew – glad that is over). If you get to know me you’ll find that I love the outdoors and Brisbane’s amazing summer weather and am planning endless day trips and holidays for my days off. I’m also hanging out for the next Spartan or Tough Mudder event as a challenge to push me out of my comfort zone.
