Morning Glory
While travelling in Vietnam - I am not exactly the most adventurous person when it comes to trying new foods. I am pretty set in that I don't do hot and I don't do spicy. Odd name? Yeah.. I'll pass.
However eventually we tried Morning Glory which is the fancy name they give to water spinach! Stir fried with garlic and a touch of fish sauce, this side dish was almost a non-negotiable when it came to our lunch and dinners.
Super quick and easy - This dish is also healthy!
The trick to this one is finding it - you are unlikely to find it in your supermarket BUT if you check with your green grocer/fruit and vege shop - they may have some. Alternatively your local farmers market will have it - especially if you are on the southside of Brisbane!
