Desiree came to our studio with the goal of toning up and losing weight. After delving deeper into her goals, we were able to draw up a program that was about getting stronger and losing body fat.
Desiree’s commitment to her training and her nutrition yielded some awesome results. In twelve weeks, Desiree was able to lose over 30cm from her body, DOUBLE her leg press weight all while staying almost the same body weight. Desiree continues to push forward with her training and we are so proud of her efforts and results so far!
