Q: Why semi-private, why not just 1 on 1 like most Personal Trainers?

A: Your time is limited and so is ours. We do indeed conduct 1 on 1 sessions with clients but semi-private allows us to work more with the people who want to work with us while ensuring individual costs are driven down.

Q:Who will be in the groups?

A: Anyone you want; friends, family, co-workers etc. Get your group together and contact Jon or Liam, otherwise we can help to team you up with others who don’t have people to train with.

Q: Does semi-private weight training really work?

A: Yes it does. You will be supported by some of Australia’s most professional and educated personal trainers, while being supported by your training partners as we all push each other to improve. You will also learn how to train, critique technique and spot effectively just like a real Personal Trainer should.

Q: Why are you only offering 12 week programs and a minimum of 2 workouts per week?

A: Very simple – we base our programs on getting results, and as such our clients need to be put in the best position to reap the benefits of their investment.
People are unlikely to make noticeable transformations in anything less than 12 weeks and we want to ensure the people we work with are as committed to their results as we are.
It would be unethical of us to take people’s money and not give them the best possible chance to succeed.

Q: I have never done weight training before, is that going to be a problem?

Not in the slightest! Like any other skill it’s one that is learned and we will teach you. We take pride in knowing that our clients can assess form and technique as well as we can. Education is the key to long-term health and fitness success.

Q: How do you track my progress?

Our FIRE Sessions are set out and stuck to for the duration of your training block. We use a set program that is used every session and in that program, we can not only show you what your session will entail but we can then show you what you have lifted and ultimately achieved from day 1. You just need to start!

Q: Do we have to do before and after photos?

A: For us to be able to properly track progress – Before and After shots are part and parcel of the process. While you can decline this part of the process – everyone who has participated in our challenges have agreed – the photos help IMMENSELY.
